Bradley Brooks, Ed.D, CCP, LEED AP BD+C
Bradley Brooks is an engineer with over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, focusing on building commissioning, design and installation of mechanical systems as well as the training of building operators. He is a Past President of the California Chapter of the Building Commissioning Association and a LEED AP, BD+C. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California, Master’s Degree from California State University, Chico and a Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. He is certified by ASHRAE as a Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) and is member of several ASHRAE Committees that include TC 7.9 Building Commissioning, SSPC 202 Commissioning Process for Buildings and Systems, GPC 1.3 Building Operation & Maintenance Training. Mr. Brooks is also a member of the Building Commissioning Association as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) and the California Advanced Lighting Controls Training Program (CALCTP). During his career, he has presented at various conferences and seminars that include: American Institute of Architects (AIA), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Building & Managers Association (BOMA), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE, and the Building Commissioning Association. He co-authored a self-directed learning course titled “Fundamentals of Building Operation, Maintenance & Management” for ASHRAE.
Diane Elliott, Architect, CCM, LEED AP BD+C, Assoc. DBIA
Diane Elliott has over 30 years of experience in project and construction management of public and private projects. Her projects have ranged from a few million dollars to over $200 million. Diane is a licensed architect in California, a LEED AP BD+C, Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Associate Design Build Professional and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California.
