California Water Service Company
Stockton Division, Station #1
The purpose of this project was to rehabilitate the structure and change its use from operations and maintenance field office to an office building. Primary uses of this office building include customer service, in-person bill paying, account inquiries, and management offices. The building was also designed to accommodate displays of historic artifacts, educational exhibits for water conservation, and tours of the historic pump station.
The project is pursuing Gold certification under LEED 3.0 New Construction. Fundamental commissioning was provided for this 13,433 square foot building. The energy systems that underwent commissioning included a variable flow refrigerant HVAC system, temperature controls, exhaust fans, fan coil units, domestic hot water system, and lighting controls.
