Virginia Lee Rose Elementary School
This project consisted the commissioning of six single story elementary school buildings for Madera Unified School District. The buildings included an administration and multi-purpose building and four classroom buildings with a combined area of approximately 67,000 square feet.
The commissioned systems included:
- Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and controls
- Exhaust fans
- Networked indoor lighting controls
- Domestic Hot Water Heating Systems, circulation pumps & controls
The scope of the commissioning is to meet or exceed the 2013 California Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24, Part 6).
