Virginia Lee Rose Elementary School

Madera, California

This project consisted the commissioning of six single story elementary school buildings for Madera Unified School District. The buildings included an administration and multi-purpose building and four classroom buildings with a combined area of approximately 67,000 square feet.

The commissioned systems included:

  • Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and controls
  • Exhaust fans
  • Networked indoor lighting controls
  • Domestic Hot Water Heating Systems, circulation pumps & controls

The scope of the commissioning is to meet or exceed the 2013 California Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24, Part 6).
